REIT Comparison

Friday (15/Oct) CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust announced 3rd Quater result with EPS=6.02, no dividen announce yet.

Base on the EPS = 6.02, which translated to 24 sens of EPS yearly (estimate), with it's Thursday closing price RM1.10, which mean P/E stand at 4.625. This the lowest among all the REIT:-

CMMT lowest P/E at 4.60.
Higher dividen payout is ALAQAR @ 10.52%.

Let's wait for SUNREIT result.

    i don't think your way of annualized
    the quarterly income is correct because some items are one off type like appreciation of property value which normally is carried out once a year (i think) only
